Younger Next Year – book review

Younger Next Year  Younger Next Year|Chris Crowley & Henry S. Lodge, MD

I loved this book.  My doctor recommended this book when I turned 50.  Her hope was that it would motivate me to get into better shape as I aged.  That it did!  It discusses in detail the value of strength training, and of course eating right.  But my biggest take-away was the benefit of being strong and healthy as I age.  To do my best to have a high quality of life until I die.  It focused primarily on the ages of 60-90, but even in my 50’s it was extremely informational.  I highly recommend!

HI, Lisa! Thanks for stopping by my blog and liking my post on higher protein intake. I am enjoying my visit to yours. Younger next year sounds like a worthwhile read. It’s great that. you have a running start on aging. So many people don’t start getting into living a healthy life till way too late and then they have a lot of catching up to do. You are way out in front of the game. Keep up the good work!
