I loved this book. My doctor recommended this book when I turned 50. Her hope was that it would motivate me to get into better shape as I aged. That it did! It discusses in detail the value of strength training, and of course eating right. But my biggest take-away was the benefit of being strong and healthy as I age. To do my best to have a high quality of life until I die. It focused primarily on the ages of 60-90, but even in my 50’s it was extremely informational. I highly recommend!
