The reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists.
What is my purpose? How can I create a positive result in the lives of others by my existence? What makes me happy, and how do I best focus my energy to make a difference? I feel I go in circles at times with health, weight, work…am I learning something new? Where do I go from where I am right now, this very moment?
I am sure I’m not alone. I make progress, and then fall backwards. I fear negative results when stepping out of my comfort zone. What is my groove that will help me propel forward, confident that I am headed in the right direction?
I know I am not alone. I want to inspire others with an idea. With a thought that they connect with. With something that might inspire.
I want people to share ideas with me. My “Learning the Fundamentals: Day 4: Identify Your Audience” is a tough one! You, the person who is in a place in life moving along at a regular pace, but needs to shake things up a little. Learn new things. Eat good, be active and full of energy. Frugal, but not cheap, knowing what really matters. Let’s discover what puts pizzazz in our day! I’m in a place in my life where I care less about how I look (although I do still care), and more about how I feel, and enjoying every moment.
I’m at a stage where I am discovering my true purpose.
