Sonoran Sunrise

During a few days off work, I have taken the opportunity to do some short hikes in the nearby desert areas. Too hot for evening sunset, so instead we’ve set the alarm and headed out before 5:00 am to catch the sunrise.  The mornings have been cool and the sunrises, amazing.  The quiet stillness of the desert in the early morning can only be beat by the roar of the ocean waves (that’s my opinion).

This morning, after some photo failures yesterday, I captured some of the beauty the desert holds, for those who care to explore, and seek it out.

Step into the desert and step into
Peace
Silence
Serenity
Then you will hear God through the
Birds
Creatures
Wind
Breath it in and let it fill your soul

    1. We saw a snake yesterday, but it wasn’t a rattlesnake. But we have seen them in the past!

Of course you have snake boots and a snakebite kit at all times. 🙂
