Yes, I headed out for another photo walk this morning. It was crazy hot, already above 80 degrees before 6:00 am. And for us, humid. I guess that will help me really appreciate fall when it arrives.
Although the sun came up and shined beautifully for a few moments, it hit clouds and throughout my walk I contended with overcast skies and lack of light. On the flip side, it kept me from overheating, as I was out and about for three hours.
Walking provides a good time to think. This morning I wondered why I did not realize sooner, how much I would enjoy expanding my interaction with photography. The timing worked out perfectly. I now have the time to explore the art and creativity of photography. Learning photo editing (next on my list) and the fun of blogging. With my husband retired, he really does take care of a lot of things I used to fit into my off work schedule. Now I can spend time playing with my camera and my photos with less time pressures.
Awesome how God works things out 🙂
I hope you enjoy a few photos below:

Below are three photos of a spider dragging away his bee. I watched for several minutes as he pulled him up and over the flower and drug him away over the leaves. Most of the pictures came out a bit blurry.
And finally, something for us to all keep in mind as we go through our day. I found this painted rock along the way, lying in the rocks:
HAVE AN AWESOME DAY!

Another great blog post! That bug was happy…but, oh the poor bee.

My interest was perked by the first photo. Then, I was so glad I looked at the rest. All fantastic. 😊

Thank you Irene! I’m never quite sure if I should post a few short posts throughout the week, or one long one. Thanks for looking 🙂 ❤

I have always thought that the answer to that difficult question is that it varies from person to person and even day to day. Do whatever is the most comfortable for your schedule with an occasional variation, just for the fun of it. 😊

I love macro too – if I could afford it – I’d get a microscope hookup and really get some detail photos
