Consider the Grasshopper

I discovered this guy in the flower bush when photographing the bees.

I am amazed that he stayed still, watching me as I snapped photos.  Even as I moved around, he watched patiently.  I wonder, can he sense that I am harmless, and will soon move on?  I hope so.  I think the purple flowers and green leaves around him added a beautiful contrast.

What a unique creature 🙂

    1. Thank you! These flower bushes are so beautiful. They are Texas Rangers. I scour the neighborhood on the weekends for photo ops 🙂
