Challenged with winds and clouds, I trekked to the wash in search of flowers tonight after work. I have learned that virtually anything that sprouts here, produces flowers. We have beautiful weeds!
Although my photos are not vivid and bright, I successfully discovered the tiny flower blossoms lining our sandy wash areas.
For me, this is a magical time. Huge areas of green beautiful wild plants and ground cover. And when you look closely, tiny splashes of flowery colors.
I’ll be back.

You only have to look. Beautiful, Lisa!

Thank you Sarah! I was hoping for sun, but then again, the clouds made it cooler. Now for a little more rain!

Thank you Lola! Without the bright sun I decided to embrace the soft look. These tiny flowers are so amazing.

Shy creatures, little flowers often like to hide in the shade. Good job of capturing them.

Thank you! I’ll be out the next few days searching for flower photos! Hopefully they don’t die off too quickly.
