      1. What kind of camera do you use? And do you like it? I just have a Sony Cybershot hx400v … a professional photographer friend showed me a Fuji manual camera she uses and I like the ease of use on it as far as manual goes and you can buy diff lens for it so that may be my next camera. Not sure yet. They are so expensive!

      2. They are expensive. I have a cannon Rebel T7i and I got it about a year and a half ago. I researched the best camera under $1000 and this one came up. I really love it. I took a couple of classes from a local photographer to at least get a clue on how to use it. I got a macro lens last year. That is a lot of fun. I get ideas from other bloggers, and also watched some on-line videos. I think there is a lot to learn.

      3. My husband bought my camera for me because I have always loved photography but it’s been a long time since I’ve shot manually so this was a good starter camera, had both options, but there are limits to what I can do with it. I took a few lessons with a photographer as well to refresh and I’ve talked with her about cameras. Hope to upgrade maybe within the next year. Photography is so much fun! Found you on Instagram, loving all your pics!

      4. I noticed! Thank you! 😊🤗 I wonder if there would be places that sell used camera equipment? I’d never thought of that, but even used, they still take great photos. When my husband retired and took over some household chores, I took up photography and this blog. I have learned a lot and it is a great hobby!

      5. There is a place that my photographer friend told me about that rents cameras, so you can try them out, she sometimes will rent a camera when traveling instead of taking some of her more expensive equipment she owns. I may do that to figure out what I want next.

      6. That is a great idea! Once you get it you are kind of invested in that particular one. I have used a pocket Cannon camera for years and years (and it took some of the photos on my blog). Therefore some of the settings are similar and helpful to me.

    1. Awwww, thank you Anita! I live in the USA, in Arizona.😉 Hot dry desert and no beach! I actually do love it though. Lots of sunshine!

Arizona for me sounds to be very far away and I believe is an exciting State in USA to live in. Grand Canyon National Park is on my bucket list 😁 I’m from Sweden and are used to long and cold winter months where you sometimes don’t see the sun for weeks!! That’s depressing. Malta is better, a small island, Mediterranean climate, long hot summers and close to the sea. 🌞 But we are planning to move to Cyprus…

    1. Thank you! I do love macro photos. We had the driest year last year, it hampered my flower and insect photos! Hoping for rain SOON! 🙏
