Health has become more important to me as I age. I have read books, looked up ingredients and processes on the internet, and even took a nutrition class in college years ago. But when I turned 50, it became my goal to make the very most of my life and live to be strong, healthy and as independent as I can be in my later years. To accomplish that I believe I need to make changes now. It is a daily process, but it is empowering to take that process into my own hands.
