Grebe photo captures

To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary placeโ€ฆ I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.

Once the amateur’s naive approach and humble willingness to learn fades away, the creative spirit of good photography dies with it. Every professional should remain always in his heart an amateur. ~Alfred Eisenstaedt

I don’t think there’s any such thing as teaching people photography, other than influencing them a little. People have to be their own learners. They have to have a certain talent.

Yes. I think photography is truly in the eyes of the cameraman. Thatโ€™s the fun of the hobby. I can find the greatest joy in following around the most random things, and to capture that one photo makes it worth it. Clearly you enjoy your surroundings/neighborhood , curious about what the day might bring. Donna
