Love the crest in the photo of the Blue Heron. This bird reminds me of our Striated (Mangrove) Heron. Beautiful and unique captures my friend.

These are fabulous! I was trying to take some shots of one awhile back but he wouldn’t let me get anywhere near him. Kept flying off. 😊🤩

Thank you! I always try and move slowly… and I also think they are a bit used to people around. This was taken in a water reclamation site not too far from where I live. But he was fun to watch!

I enjoy the playfulness I experience in looking at these photos, especially the one of the heron with green swampy stuff covering their beak 🙂
