Soft Purple

On our recent roadtrip we visited Highway 30A in Florida, along the Gulf Coast. When we stopped in Watercolor (isn’t that an awesome name?) we meandered around in a beautiful garden area. That is where I found this gorgeous furry bee pollinating these featherlike purple flowers.

I sent the middle photo to my work computer and added it to the photos that circulate on my “wall” during the day. When this photo comes up it simply makes me stop and sigh. I think the color combinations are beautiful and I just want to give this fluffy bee a little hug.

When I saw Cee’s Purple Flower Challenge I knew I found my opportunity to post. Thanks Cee!
