Taking Control… Learning Contentment
Today I took a day off… because I could. Hubby took me (and my camera) around town to see what we could find.
It was hot and beautiful and one of our many discoveries was this amazing Coopers Hawk hiding in the tree at a park. Hubby found him, I was busy looking at the squirrel at the bottom of the tree 🤣
It seemed he/she may have had a nest in the tree, we both thought we heard something there, but could not find anything. He/she seemed unhappy with our presence.

I agree. I love photography too. You just never know what you’re going to see. I was just editing some pictures I took yesterday, and had a couple of very pleasant surprises. 🙂

Such a beautiful bird! Thank goodness for your hubby. Squirrels are always curious too. The last photo of the glide was a great capture, and maybe just maybe it was after the cute squirrel.

Well, the squirrel was at the base of his tree. And he was a cutie, but his photo not so great as the hawk!! 😊

I love hawks. It’s about that time of year for migration. I have only witnessed it once. But it’s so awesome to see so many at once.
