The American Snout

One look at these butterflies and it’s not hard to know how they got their name!

They really are a fascinating butterfly. I may have found them a bit dull because of the high number of them that hovered and landing all about. I suppose it’s only natural to focus on what may challenge us in our desire to conquer the more difficult task. I often found myself chasing after what I thought to be the less common butterflies.

Regardless, they deserve their own recognition as they indeed added great beauty to the landscape as they fluttered and posed.

I love them all. ๐Ÿ’›

We are like butterflies who flutter for a day and think it is forever.
