Lessons from a tree squirrel

I was mesmerized watching this cute tree squirrel we discovered on our Riverside Walk at Zion National Park.

As I reviewed the photos, it came to me that a few lessons could be gleamed from the antics of this resourceful little squirrel.

Balance in life is important

Always be well groomed, a good presentation from all angles

Eat your greens
A healthy diet, a healthy you

Do your stretches
You never know when you may need an extra inch to snag your prize

Stay focused and hold on to your prize

That focus thing, that one’s worth mentioning again

Flexibility
Flexibility is a must

Hold on to life with both hands
Know what you want, grab it, and enjoy
💚

In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks.
