Yesterday morning I walked along the wash. A few things are coming to life with the recent rains. I found green things growing in areas where the water runs off or pools.

I looked to see who the author was for the final quote in your post Lisa and what do you know….it was YOU! That’s such a beautiful thought to go with your beautiful images. Hard to believe it’s the desert isn’t it?! Here in SC we’ve been in a drought but the last few weeks have taken us out of it. Now we just have to hope we avoid the storms of hurricane season! Mother Nature – gotta love her!

London had only 9% of its usual July average and August has been dry so far too 😦
