Taking Control… Learning Contentment
Last Saturday was absolutely perfect for a few hours of wandering around our Desert Museum. I even had the opportunity to see the last raptor show of the season. Apparently, the birds don’t want to perform in 100+ degrees. 🤔🤷♀️
The weather and sun warmed my body and my spirits, and my camera captured a few great moments.

Thank you, Sarah! A docent nearby said it wasn’t an iguana that is normally in this area, but they monitor the population and they aren’t expanding outside of the park, so they let them stay 😊 And well, the owl was my favorite too, I just wish I had been closer to him. Still cool
